About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage consumables, spare parts, tooling, and inventories, including purchasing, receiving, replacements, and related SAP transactions
  • Oversee work orders, maintenance schedules, documentation, and reporting in SAP
  • Plan, schedule, and perform inspections, preventive/predictive maintenance, corrective repairs, and equipment/tooling qualifications
  • Maintain and repair equipment, tooling, and facility infrastructure, including installation, assembly, modification, and commissioning
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance tasks performed by third-party vendors and contractors
  • Support maintenance planning, prioritization, and other assigned duties
  • Promote safety standards, ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, and identify and mitigate safety hazards
  • Work with the Maintenance Team and other departments to support operational efficiency and minimize production downtime

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma / GED or equivalent (Required)
  • Vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical fields (preferred)
  • Proper and safe utilization of hand and power tools
  • 1 year in the maintenance field or an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology (required)
  • 3-5 years in the maintenance field (preferred)
  • User-level knowledge of office software, particularly Word and Excel
  • ERP/SAP experience is preferred
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Ability to work at heights on occasion
  • Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 Quality System is a plus
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently
