About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support digitalization initiatives and ensure data readiness for sourcing and procurement projects
Analyse, understand, map, and document global sourcing and procurement processes end to end
Extract, analyse, and report procurement-related data from SAP to support transparency and decision-making
Create structured documentation and clear working instructions for internal users
Design and build SharePoint sites and integrate them with Power BI for data visualization
Collaborate with stakeholders from sourcing, IT, and related functions to support continuous process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros
First practical experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA is preferred, ideally in a procurement environment
Analytical and structured mindset
Fast learning ability
Strong collaboration skills
Very good English skills (minimum C1)
German skills are an advantage
