About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accept and properly position component deliveries in the warehouse
Supply production workstations with materials according to the production schedule
Safely load trucks with materials for shipment to the farm
Collect and transfer production and warehouse waste for disposal or recycling
Record material movements, entries, exits, and losses in the computer management system
Collaborate with the financial department by providing inventory data for monthly and annual financial results
Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies
Perform shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storage, distribution, and related warehouse duties
Maintain the loading dock area, unpack and verify goods against purchase orders, and prepare shipments
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum one (1) year of warehouse experience (preferred)
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Strong command of the English language
Ability to read and understand delivery notes, inventory reports, and other documentation in English
Strong organizational skills
Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Experience working collaboratively with team members
Ability to manage personnel effectively, delegate tasks, and provide support
Strong teamwork skills
Must possess a full valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company’s auto insurance policy
Commitment to safety protocols, procedures, regulations, and company policies
Ability to properly use safety equipment, including eye protection, hearing protectors, steel-toe boots, and hard hats
Must speak and understand English fluently
