About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accept deliveries of components and position them properly in the warehouse
Supply production workstations with materials according to the production schedule
Safely load trucks with materials for shipment to the farm
Collect and transfer production and warehouse waste for disposal or recycling
Record material movements, entries, exits, and losses in the computer management system
Provide inventory data and insights to support monthly and annual financial results
Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies
Perform shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment
Maintain the loading dock area
Unpack and verify goods against purchase orders
Prepare shipments for final delivery
Manage receiving, inventory management, and sales order shipments in SAP
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum one (1) year of warehouse experience (preferred)
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for data entry, document creation, and basic data analysis
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Strong command of the English language
Ability to read and understand delivery notes, inventory reports, and other documentation in English
Strong organizational skills for accurate inventory records and warehouse coordination
Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Experience working collaboratively with team members
Ability to manage personnel effectively, delegate tasks, and provide support
Strong teamwork skills
Full valid driver’s license and insurability under the company auto insurance policy
Commitment to safety protocols, procedures, regulations, and company policies
Ability to identify and mitigate safety hazards
Ability to properly use required safety equipment
Fluent spoken and understood English
