About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accept deliveries of components and position them properly in the warehouse
  • Supply production workstations with materials according to the production schedule
  • Safely load trucks with materials for shipment to the farm
  • Collect and transfer production and warehouse waste for disposal or recycling
  • Record material movements, entries, exits, and losses in the computer management system
  • Collaborate with the financial department by providing inventory data for monthly and annual financial results
  • Monitor and control inventory levels
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Perform shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain the loading dock area, unpack and verify goods against purchase orders, and prepare shipments for final delivery
  • Handle receiving, inventory management, and sales order shipments in SAP
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum one (1) year of warehouse experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Ability to read and understand delivery notes, inventory reports, and other documentation in English
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining inventory records and coordinating warehouse activities
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Experience working collaboratively with team members
  • Ability to manage personnel effectively, delegate tasks, and provide support
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Full valid driver’s license and insurability under the company auto insurance policy
  • Commitment to safety protocols, regulations, and company policies
  • Ability to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
  • Ability to use required safety equipment, including eye protection, hearing protectors, steel-toe boots, and hard hats
  • Fluent spoken and understood English
