Manage the global portfolio of optimized steel tower developments throughout the product lifecycle.
Transform market requirements and customer needs into competitive tower concepts, development roadmaps, and business cases.
Lead cross-functional tower developments from concept approval through industrialization and market introduction.
Align Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, Installation, and Sales teams to ensure successful execution and time-to-market.
Strengthen Nordex's competitiveness by delivering innovative tower solutions that create measurable business value.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
Several years of experience in product management, engineering, or project development, preferably in the wind energy industry.
Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in an international environment.
Commercial mindset and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate technical solutions into tangible customer and business value.
Fluent English required.
Spanish and/or German would be considered an advantage.
Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to innovation and problem solving.
