About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define workforce standard base and yearly production forecasts
- Coordinate human and technical resources with JZNEE to achieve planned production goals and optimize productivity and efficiency
- Analyze production-area needs based on assembly plans and organize workforce, tools, and equipment availability
- Manage tools and equipment, including updates, specification and needs confirmation, purchasing applications, delivery follow-up, and maintenance supervision and control
- Support and guide the production team
- Foster a productive work environment
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met and maintain a safe shop floor
- Perform other production-area-related tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- ME or EE college level or above; bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering-related field
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with mechanical/electrical product assembly processes
- 3 years of work experience as a manufacturing engineer
