Design end-to-end HCM processes for HCM on premise, H4S4 and SuccessFactors
Lead projects or workstreams depending on previous knowledge
Coordinate and manage external implementation partners and internal stakeholders
Expand industry, technical and SAP knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable
For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required when applying
5+ years of experience as an SAP-HCM consultant
Ideally, experience in an international working environment
Strong process and technical expertise in SAP HCM On-Premise, SuccessFactors and SAP-Fiori, including module-specific knowledge
Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management processes
Good understanding of project management methodologies and processes
Fluent Spanish and English language skills
