About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and continuously develop the global technical training portfolio for service technicians, customers, and subcontractors across the Nordex Group
- Review, analyze, and continuously optimize the global technical training portfolio
- Design and develop technical training programs, learning journeys, curricula, and training concepts
- Collaborate with Engineering, Technical Support, HSE, and Operations to define learning objectives, competency frameworks, and training standards
- Translate complex engineering content into structured, practical, learner-focused training solutions
- Develop and implement classroom, blended, digital, microlearning, and job-aid formats
- Manage or contribute to international cross-functional projects in a technical environment
- Ensure documentation, version control, and compliance with relevant standards and certification requirements
- Support qualification of the global workforce and safe, reliable field operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- Experience in technical training, engineering, technical documentation, or field service within an industrial environment
- Ability to understand, structure, and translate complex technical systems into practical applications and learning content
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical stakeholders, ideally in a global organization
- Project management skills and experience coordinating technical initiatives
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
- Fluent English is required
- Additional language skills are considered a plus
