About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organize and maintain warehouse operations according to Nordex standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Receive, inspect, store, and distribute spare parts, tools, and materials
Prepare materials and components for shipment, storage, and field technician use
Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP transactions and cycle counting
Support inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving inspections and documentation review
Manage warehouse organization through labeling, storage controls, and 5S principles
Coordinate defect parts processing, scrap activities, and waste management
Maintain tooling and equipment through inspections and preventative maintenance
Lead daily safety standups and support warehouse safety initiatives
Partner with Material Management and Service Point Management teams to resolve inventory and logistics issues
Support other service points and operational locations as needed
Support Nordex's delivery of clean power plants and renewable energy through warehouse operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or material handling
Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams
Former wind turbine service technician experience is a plus
Good English communication skills
Ability to safely perform physical warehouse activities, including receiving, moving, storing, and shipping materials
Ability to travel up to 25–50% as needed
Full valid driver's license and insurability under Nordex's auto insurance policy
Commitment to safety protocols, procedures, regulations, and company policies
Ability to use required safety equipment, including eye protection, hearing protectors, steel-toe boots, and hard hats
Fluent spoken and understood English for safety and job-related communication
