About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop concrete use cases together with customers
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Assess the technical feasibility of AI solutions
- Support customer projects from the initial idea through proofs of concept to the production rollout of modern AI applications
- Identify customer solutions with the potential to become scalable products or services
- Plan sprints and releases together with the development team
- Maintain an overview of ongoing projects
- Monitor the AI market and bring new opportunities into product development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Passion for artificial intelligence
- Ideally, at least 2–3 years of practical software development experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Understanding of good software development practices
- Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID, DRY, KISS, and Separation of Concerns
- Experience with Git, code reviews, and automated testing
- Experience with the structured development and integration of APIs
- Very good German language skills
- Ideally, good English language skills
- Initial experience as a Product Owner or a PSPO/CSPO certification is a plus
- Strong communication and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
