About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define problems and determine appropriate analytical approaches beyond simple questions
- Conduct statistical analyses on customer, financial and company data to identify behavioural patterns
- Design experiments to evaluate hypotheses and design choices
- Use AI and advanced modeling to scale analytical impact
- Craft and present compelling stories influencing decision-makers
- Improve existing methodologies
- Work within Data & Insights alongside Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers
- Embed in product development teams and collaborate with designers, product leads and developers
- Deep-dive into users and products and turn data into actionable insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong communicator able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience using SQL, Python, R and dbt
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing
- Degree in economics, data science, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or similar
- 3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst at a product-oriented organisation
- Final candidate must undergo credit and background checks and a drug test
