About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and develop Nordnet’s security posture
- Establish and enforce organizational security policies based on strategy, priorities, and legal/regulatory requirements such as DORA and CRA
- Manage third-party risk management end-to-end
- Conduct security assessments
- Build clear security requirements into vendor contracts
- Create impactful security awareness programs and communications
- Drive key security initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally on security projects
- Report to the Head of Security
- Optionally participate in the on-call rotation as a first responder for security incidents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five or more years of experience in information security
- Solid experience in information security
- Experience with ISO 27001 and NIST CSF 2.0
- Ideally, practical experience with DORA
- Potentially experience with CRA
- Background in financial services is a strong plus
- Technical foundation is a strong plus
- Ability to create engaging security communications
- Ability to interpret regulations
- Ability to independently structure and drive an area of responsibility
- Ability to communicate security risk effectively to leadership and engineers
- Pragmatic approach to risk management
- Collaboration skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Swedish is a plus
- Successful completion of credit and background checks and a drug test as a final candidate
