About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as campaign specialist for an assigned Scaled Event and 1–2 additional Brand Marketing programs.
- Translate program strategy and goals into end-to-end tactical execution across physical and digital storefronts, channels, and enterprise partners.
- Contribute to campaign marketing strategy by synthesizing retrospectives, business insights, customer data, and prior-season performance.
- Develop messaging frameworks and audience-level messaging matrices for assigned programs.
- Set and collaborate on channel strategy across owned and paid programs using data-backed insights.
- Align with PMO on execution timelines and scope campaigns in Workfront Planner.
- Review and approve final tactical campaign creative, channel plans, and retrospectives.
- Build and present campaign overviews and recaps to leadership.
- Manage enterprise and agency partner relationships and resolve program-level blockers.
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign planners, and Workfront.
- Conduct market research on trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
- Track industry trends, emerging content formats, and AI applications in campaign development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a track record in brand marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with loyalty marketing is a plus.
- Experience supporting high-visibility, multi-channel retail campaigns strongly preferred.
- Experience in the retail e-commerce sector is a plus.
- Experience driving business outcomes against defined KPIs and turning performance data into forward-looking recommendations.
- Ability to manage cross-functional partners independently across a matrixed, enterprise environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior (L19+) leadership without manager support.
- Proficient in Claude, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Workfront (or comparable project/campaign management tools).
- Willing and able to quickly learn new tools and emerging technologies, including AI.
- Aptitude and interest in mentorship and leadership of peers; no people management experience required.
- Candidate must be Seattle-based and in-office 4 days per week.
