  • Deliver analytical products including analyses, dashboards, insights, and recommendations
  • Present results to stakeholders, including executives, and guide effective use of analytics

  • Deliver high-quality solutions and recommendations independently and collaboratively

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of professional experience analyzing complex data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations
  • 3+ years of experience extracting and manipulating large data sets from various relational databases using SQL; BigQuery preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including independently completing ambiguous projects and prioritizing tasks
  • Strong coding skills in at least one statistical or programming language; R or Python preferred
  • Experience with statistical and machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, and/or clustering
  • Proficiency with graphics/visualization software such as Shiny, ggplot, matplotlib, or Tableau
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic organization
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
