About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with HR and the greater talent management team to identify and align learning needs and strategies that support business outcomes, utilizing data and feedback
Develop and deliver people-centric technical, skill-based, and competency-based learning solutions for diverse enterprise audiences
Facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences for frontline and senior leaders using adult learning principles
Create facilitator guides and toolkits, run train-the-facilitator sessions, and coach HR partners, people leaders, and subject matter experts
Engage in strategic planning, project management, and execution to support and enhance learning programs
Analyze and measure initiative impact to drive continuous improvement and innovate learning and talent management solutions
Research and present findings on industry trends and advanced approaches
Lead projects in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment
Deliver exemplary internal customer service through professionalism and project ownership

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in adult learning, including a proven track record of delivering learning and/or talent management solutions that drive positive business outcomes
Experience conducting needs analysis and analyzing data, with a strong consultative approach that leads to action
Familiarity with design thinking and agile learning development techniques
Experience with a build, buy, and curate business model, including design and delivery of an end-to-end learning experience, project management, and consulting with business partners to curate content
Experience facilitating learning for diverse audiences and building the capability of others to deliver it effectively
Experience managing complex, broad-scoped learning projects within budget and projected timeline
Effective time management skills with ability to organize and prioritize work in response to changing business needs
Ability to collaborate effectively to build successful relationships with HR partners as well as internal and external business stakeholders
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience with Workday preferred
Retail industry knowledge preferred
Familiarity with using AI to enhance learning experiences preferred
