About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex, enterprise-level programs and projects from initiation through completion.
  • Own scope, timeline, risks, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Connect enterprise strategy, operating plans, and financial outcomes.
  • Assess investment trade-offs, prioritize initiatives, measure financial impact, and provide resource-allocation insights.
  • Build and run operating planning processes, tools, and templates.
  • Track progress against strategic priorities, tactics, and operating plans.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve interdependencies, risks, and trade-offs across programs and functions.
  • Develop presentations and reports and present recommendations to senior and executive audiences.
  • Establish program governance, operating cadences, and KPIs.
  • Set program management standards and help develop team capabilities.
  • Report directly to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Planning & Delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master's degree a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in program or project management, management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or operations.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and pivot tables.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
  • Experience with program management and collaboration tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including model building and insight generation from varied data sources.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including interpreting financial performance, developing business cases, evaluating trade-offs, and using data-driven insights for strategic investments, resource allocation, and operational decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven executive presence.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and build cross-functional relationships without direct authority.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change; proactive, results-oriented mindset.
