About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of Nortal's enterprise AI platforms, ensuring they are reliable, secure, well-supported and continuously improving
  • Act as the internal AI expert and stay ahead of emerging tools, technologies and developments
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Evaluate new AI tools, integrations and use cases for technical feasibility, practical value and risks
  • Improve and automate AI-related service processes, including licence management, access requests and support workflows
  • Coordinate administration and operational support of AI platforms across distributed IT teams
  • Collaborate with Information Security, Legal, Compliance and AI Governance teams on policies and controls
  • Support the technical lifecycle of shared GPTs, AI agents, skills, connectors and integrations
  • Drive internal AI adoption through knowledge sharing, practical guidance and collaboration
  • Identify opportunities to improve AI service delivery and establish scalable best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong practical knowledge of modern AI tools and platforms, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or similar technologies
  • Genuine passion for AI, curiosity about emerging technologies and enthusiasm for continuous experimentation and learning
  • Experience in IT service management, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, IT operations or a comparable technical environment
  • Good understanding of enterprise IT environments, including access management, integrations, security considerations and support processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across different business functions and seniority levels, including senior management
  • Proactive, independent and solution-oriented mindset, with ability to take ownership and drive improvements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English
  • Candidates must already be based in Estonia
  • Estonian is a plus
  • Technical foundation, enthusiasm and motivation to grow into the role; specific degrees or prior AI Platform Lead experience are not required
