About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner directly with Content, Finance, Legal, Communications, Commercial Business, and other departments
- Identify high-value AI use cases and prioritize initial use cases with measurable business impact
- Rapidly prototype AI solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack systems
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data, APIs, internal platforms, third-party APIs, and business systems
- Navigate complex integrations, incomplete documentation, and access constraints
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs and support implementation and adoption
- Balance scope, speed, and quality while making strategic trade-offs and adjusting priorities
- Contribute hands-on to development and troubleshooting
- Transform successful implementations into reusable tools, frameworks, playbooks, and building blocks
- Provide actionable feedback to engineering and platform teams on model strengths, limitations, and improvement opportunities
- Own the process from discovery through production adoption
- Turn lessons learned into platform improvements and repeatable solutions for other business units
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack development background, including frontend, backend, API development, and system architecture
- 2+ years of production AI experience
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
- 3+ years of stakeholder-facing technical delivery experience
- Experience collaborating with business teams, gathering requirements, identifying use cases, and delivering end-to-end technical solutions
- 3+ years of Python and/or JavaScript experience
- Ability to independently develop, integrate, and troubleshoot production-grade applications
- 2+ years of API and enterprise systems integration experience
- Experience integrating applications with enterprise data, internal platforms, third-party APIs, and business systems
- 2+ years of cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- 1–2+ years of experience with AI frameworks and vector search, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or equivalent AI development technologies
- 2+ years of end-to-end technical ownership experience
- Ability to transform ambiguous business challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions while balancing technical execution, business priorities, and user adoption
- Strong systems thinking, engineering fundamentals, and product mindset
- Ability to deliver solutions quickly
