About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable IAM solutions for identity provisioning, governance, and access management workflows
  • Integrate corporate directories, cloud environments, and third-party applications with the core IAM platform
  • Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, and federated identity protocols including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth
  • Automate user lifecycle processes using low-code tools, scripting, or APIs
  • Implement Principle of Least Privilege architectures and RBAC models
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams on data privacy regulations and internal audits
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM incidents, system bugs, and integration issues
  • Develop custom connectors, scripts, and API integrations
  • Maintain documentation for IAM architectures, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on IAM experience with Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, Cognito, or Entra ID; FusionAuth is a plus
  • Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, and SSO
  • Solid backend/full-stack experience with Java, .NET, or Node
  • Advanced English level required
  • Ability to work with US clients
