About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join a global D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation and stabilization initiative
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and goals
- Perform fit-to-standard and fit-gap analysis using standard D365 F&SCM functionality
- Analyze existing configurations and customizations and assess whether they remain necessary
- Present solution options, recommendations, alternatives, and tradeoffs to stakeholders
- Configure D365 F&SCM functionality in assigned modules
- Support the implementation lifecycle from discovery through go-live and stabilization
- Create functional documentation including requirements, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Act as the functional bridge between business and technical teams during design, build, testing, and deployment
- Coordinate or execute testing and build reusable regression and automation test cases, including Playwright-based testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&SCM or Dynamics AX Functional Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar ERP functional role
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more D365 F&SCM modules or business process areas
- Experience across multiple phases of D365 F&SCM implementations: requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support
- Working knowledge of D365 F&SCM integrations, data entities, workflows, security, reporting, and batch processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in plain business language
- Collaborative, personable approach, comfortable in stakeholder workshops and technical design reviews
