About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and manage software development projects from initial planning to final delivery
  • Take ownership of projects and customer accounts, aligning delivery with business goals
  • Guide teams and customers as a subject-matter-aware Project Manager
  • Engage Nortal Subject Matter Experts where necessary
  • Lead project teams from kick-off to delivery and beyond
  • Build customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Manage expectations and help drive decisions in complex situations

  • Track progress and keep projects on course
  • Work on Estonia's core digital public infrastructure, including secure platform development and modernization, multi-stakeholder delivery with public and private sector partners, and regulation-driven interoperability such as eIDAS

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–7 years of experience in IT project management, delivering software projects in a project-based environment
  • Strong people leadership skills
  • Proven experience managing long-term strategic client relationships
  • Ability to identify and develop follow-up, extension, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience or interest in the domain
  • Experience working with public sector clients or tender processes is an advantage
