About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable software components
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams
- Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
- Perform code reviews and support engineering quality initiatives
- Optimize application performance, stability, and user experience
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release processes
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience
- Strong knowledge of Dart and the Flutter ecosystem
- Experience delivering production-grade applications for both iOS and Android
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with Bloc, Cubit, Provider, or Riverpod
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services
- Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycle and release processes
- Experience with automated testing and quality assurance practices
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English
