About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support customers’ digital transformation across data modelling and architecture, system integrations, platform modernization, and AI-driven solutions
- Engage stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable requirements
- Translate high-level architectural directions into guidance for development team architects and product owners
- Translate customer roadmap items into an accurate backlog for development teams
- Produce documentation, technical diagrams, architectural notes, and decision records
- Work with development team architects to clarify technical implications
- Collaborate with development, project management, and data/architecture experts
- Demonstrate solutions and identify ways to support business goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in software engineering is essential
- Hands-on software development/coding experience at some stage
- Solid technical understanding of software and data architectures, integrations, and AI
- Understanding of Domain-Driven Design
- Ability to understand business needs and ways of working
- Ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives forward
- Consultant-like, proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in the client interface
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
