About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on computer and technology experience
  • Experience or familiarity with IT, networking, Wi-Fi, computer hardware, and basic technical troubleshooting is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Self-motivated problem-solver able to troubleshoot issues independently
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, IP addresses, routers, switches, and connectivity issues
  • Comfortable providing hands-on technical support at client locations
