About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop initial concepts from subject matter experts and the product team into resolved, high-fidelity designs
Raise the visual bar across the platform through typography, color, layout, density, and detailed visual craft
Build and extend the design system
Design data visualizations that make complicated numbers immediately readable
Present work clearly to customers and executives
Give and receive design critique
Partner closely with brand and marketing on a coherent visual identity
Design AI product experiences, including automated alerts and natural-language customization interfaces
Design approachable visualizations for incrementality and causal measurement
Create coherent visual experiences across web app, mobile, email, and integrations
Design complex, data-heavy interfaces for the core data platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of product design experience
Solid B2B SaaS and enterprise work experience
Visually outstanding portfolio demonstrating command of typography, color, layout, and hierarchy
Experience with complex, data-dense interfaces, including data visualization
Experience building or substantially shaping a design system
Experience taking a rough concept and making it visually exceptional
Expert command of Figma and adjacent design tools
Experience using AI to expedite design processes and enable SMEs across the organization to build designs to spec
Strong communication and presentation skills, including giving and receiving critique
