About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assistant Night Manager: Guide the overnight crew as they receive deliveries, stock shelves, and prepare the store for the next day
- Support scheduling and training

- Night Manager: Lead third-shift store operations and guide the night crew
- Receive deliveries, stock shelves, and prepare the store for the next day
- Maintain inventory, merchandising, and safety standards while prioritizing customer service
- Schedule all Night Crew Associates
- Manage refrigeration and security procedures during third shift
- Complete weekly and nightly resets
- Seafood Manager: Support seafood departments across different stores
- Deliver friendly service and keep products fresh, well stocked, and attractively displayed
- Assist with ordering, inventory, associate training, and department operations
- Maintain food safety standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Reliable and honest
- Integrity and professionalism
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and write at the 8th grade level
- Successful completion of the most recent certification program is strongly preferred and required within 6 months if selected
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (or still pursuing education)
- Ability to bend frequently for 3–5 hours
- Ability to work in a constantly cold environment for 5–8 hours
- Frequent grasping/finger movement and dexterity with both hands for 5–8 hours
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs for 3–5 hours
- Occasional lifting up to 75 lbs for 1–3 hours
- Occasional pushing/pulling up to 2400 lbs for 1–3 hours
- Constant squatting/kneeling, standing, twisting, and walking for 5–8 hours
