  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and EMR entries
  • Report safety-related incidents through the Midas/RDE tool
  • Attend safety training and monitor the work environment for safety issues
  • Practice according to ANA standards, the ANA Code of Ethics, specialty standards, and organizational policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's Degree
  • Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • NIHSS certification within 30 days of hire
  • RNs hired on or after 7/1/2016 must graduate from a BSN program within 6 years of hire into an RN position
  • Maintain appropriate clinical competencies for assigned roles
  • Understanding of computers and competence using computers and basic software programs
  • Complete mandatory modules and required job-specific training within the specified timeframe
  • Maintain current certifications and licenses
  • Night schedule
  • On-call availability may be required depending on the nursing unit
