About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment or consultative services to patients of all ages in an ambulatory setting
  • Treat patients presenting with sleep-related breathing disorders, including obstructive and central sleep apnea
  • Treat circadian rhythm disorders, insomnia, parasomnias, central disorders of hypersomnolence such as narcolepsy, and sleep-related movement disorders
  • Work closely with the Sleep Medicine Physician/Program Director
  • Serve patients across Northern Arizona, including the Navajo and Hopi Reservations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience required
  • Clinical experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, cardiology, neurology, psychiatry, or other specialties will be considered
  • Sleep Medicine experience is not required
  • Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment or consultative services to patients of all ages with sleep conditions and disorders
  • Ability to work closely with the Sleep Medicine Physician/Program Director
