Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada
  • Willing to travel for work term assignments; flexible contract lengths available
  • Minimum of two years of Canadian nursing experience in your specialty, including at least one year of recent experience in that same specialty
  • A current, active, and in good standing nursing license with the respective Canadian provincial/territorial College
  • Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
  • Valid BLS certification completed through an in-person course
  • Current CTAS, ACLS, TNCC, ITLS, NRP, PALS and/or ENCP certifications are considered an asset and may be required depending on assignment
  • Proof of current immunization for MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Covid 19, Polio and Hepatitis B
  • Proof of Tdap booster within the past ten years
  • Proof of negative TB skin test within the past ten years or negative chest x-ray within the past five years
  • Proof of N95 Mask Fit Test Certificate within the past two years; commonly accepted masks include 3M 1870+, 3M 1860, and 3M 1860S
