About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate inventory systems
Receive, stock and direct-charge materials
Maintain the surface warehouse, cold storage buildings, connex storages, pallet yards and other assigned inventory areas in a clean, safe and organized manner
Perform inventory control and usage reporting
Schedule site-wide logistics
Provide high-quality warehouse services supporting company business activities
Support day-to-day operational needs through internal customer service
Perform other duties as required
Report to the Warehouse Supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
1 year's experience in a relevant role, e.g. shipping/receiving goods or maintaining inventory
Demonstrated competence with office processes, systems, equipment and software
Computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Initiative and ability to work independently and learn required tasks
Ability to work as a team player with an excellent work ethic and attendance record
Current Driver's License
Ability to pass a background check and post-offer physical
Warehouse environment experience
Experience operating forklifts, articulating loaders and telehandler forklifts
Experience operating a semi tractor-trailer
Current CDL
Awareness of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) Act and Regulations
Ability to work a 14-day-on, 7-day-off rotating schedule, up to 11.5 hours a day or more
Ability to work at a remote campsite in extreme and changing conditions
Employees must stay on site at the company-provided camp during the work rotation
