About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform daily reconciliation of transactions and positions for equities, futures, fixed income products, and OTC products
  • Analyze security and cash position differences related to reconciliations
  • Engage with internal Shared Service Groups, clients, and Primary Admin to resolve breaks and issues
  • Provide timely updates on inquiries and SLA issues to stakeholders
  • Perform daily reconciliation reviews and execute controls
  • Assist with projects to increase efficiency and improve the control environment
  • Work with in-house technology resources to solve problems and improve scalable processes and controls
  • Collaborate with extended teams across geographical locations
  • Provide information and training while maintaining data integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A College or University degree and 2-3 years of work experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferred
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Able to work in tight SLA schedules and manage multiple tasks without losing focus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Python knowledge preferred
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team environment
  • Client focused
