Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant leadership experience within Fund Accounting, Valuations, Asset Servicing, or Financial Services
  • Experience leading large and geographically diverse teams
  • Demonstrated success managing complex operations within a regulated environment
  • Proven ability to lead through change and deliver strategic business outcomes
  • Strong experience engaging with clients, regulators, and senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Deep understanding of risk management, governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to balance client expectations, operational priorities, and regulatory obligations
  • Relevant professional qualification and industry experience
  • Right to work in Ireland at the time of application and for the duration of employment
