Key responsibilities & impact

Assess workforce processes and workflows to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and emerging technologies
Design AI-enabled experiences that simplify work, reduce administrative burden, and improve decision-making
Partner with technology teams to evaluate, prototype, and scale generative AI, workflow automation, and intelligent self-service solutions
Establish future-state ways of working balancing innovation, governance, risk management, and user adoption
Apply service design, design thinking, journey mapping, and systems-thinking methodologies
Create future-state operating models integrating people, process, technology, data, and AI capabilities
Simplify fragmented experiences and eliminate unnecessary complexity across end-to-end workflows
Facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and transformation assessments
Develop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, implementation plans, and operating model designs
Influence leaders across a complex organization and build alignment around transformational change
Drive initiatives from concept through implementation while tracking adoption, impact, and business value realization

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Operating Model Design, Workforce Transformation, Strategy, Innovation, or a related field
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs, including process redesign, operating model modernization, organizational change, and technology enablement
Experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, or digital solutions that improve business performance, employee productivity, or customer experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
