About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and support the Coupa Risk Assess platform
  • Manage application configuration, business processes, workflows, questionnaires, risk models, reporting, and user access controls
  • Gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement solutions with business stakeholders
  • Lead change management activities, including requirements definition, testing, release management, UAT, and production deployments
  • Monitor application health, data quality, integrations, and production support; coordinate issue resolution
  • Oversee integrations with Coupa Core, ZIP, Azure Data Lake, reporting solutions, and other enterprise systems
  • Support regulatory, audit, compliance, and third-party risk management requirements through platform governance, controls, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting
  • Maintain application documentation, procedures, training materials, and knowledge resources
  • Serve as primary business relationship manager for the CRA platform and drive continuous improvement and adoption
  • Provide subject matter expertise in third-party risk management, supplier risk management, procurement technology, and related capabilities
  • Formulate and implement strategies and solutions with business and technology teams to enhance services and support business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
  • Six or more years of relevant experience in application ownership, procurement technology, third-party risk management, business systems analysis, or related disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of third-party risk management, supplier risk management, procurement operations, and related regulatory requirements
  • Experience with SaaS platform administration, application ownership, business process design, reporting, data governance, and system integrations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Coupa Risk Assess, Coupa Core, ZIP, Azure DevOps, Power BI, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 tools preferred
  • Experience with Coupa platforms, SaaS applications, systems integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies preferred
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CPSM, CSCP, Agile Product Owner, or equivalent are a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
