About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and expand relationships with complex institutional securities lending clients
- Advise senior client stakeholders on strategic initiatives, service enhancements, and business objectives
- Develop innovative solutions addressing evolving client needs and industry challenges
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure exceptional service delivery and timely issue resolution
- Educate clients on market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends affecting securities lending programs
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional products and services
- Develop pricing strategies and manage client profitability while monitoring market and competitive dynamics
- Recommend new products, services, and process improvements supporting client objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of financial services experience, including at least 5 years in securities lending, trust, asset servicing, custody, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of securities lending products, borrower and collateral structures, and industry practices
- Understanding of financial markets, investment management, and portfolio management concepts
- Proven experience managing complex institutional client relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders, solve complex problems, and manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
