Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, operations, project coordination, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, analytics, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, process documentation, or business intelligence tools is a plus
  • Ability to understand complex information and explain it clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to collaborate through email, messaging platforms, and video meetings
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
