About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform configuration and data management to ensure consistency, integrity, and traceability of configuration items and associated data across the program lifecycle
- Enforce enterprise CDM strategy, policies, processes, and standards meeting contract, regulatory, and security requirements
- Establish and enforce configuration identification, versioning, and baselining throughout the program lifecycle to preserve baseline integrity
- Implement automated data collection and verification processes to ensure configuration data accuracy and synchronization across tools
- Work full-time on-site at the facility
- Travel up to 10% may be required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate Configuration Analyst (Level 1): completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2027
- Configuration Analyst (Level 2): completed Master’s degree from an accredited institution, or completed/is completing a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of program cost and schedule control analyst experience by August 2027
- Major or prior major in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Quality Management, or related field
- Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special access within a reasonable period of time
- U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite
- Preferred: overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher
- Preferred: excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Preferred: experience reviewing contract documents and applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes
- Preferred: experience planning and coordinating project documentation, including engineering drawings, production specifications, schedules, and contract modifications
- Preferred: experience coordinating modification records to maintain baseline control
- Preferred: Agile project management
- Preferred: familiarity with AGILE/SCRUM Master
- Preferred: experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment software development
