About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source and procure various commodities throughout multiple programs
  • Conduct price analysis and work negotiations using policies and procedures, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
  • Interface and collaborate with programs and other organizations within and outside of Global Supply Chain
  • Schedule and arrange activities to accomplish objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business administration, supply chain, or related field; may consider 4 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Minimum 6 months (internship or otherwise) of experience in supply chain, purchasing/procurement, operations, and/or business
  • Previous internship/co-op or other work experience
  • Experience within the Aerospace or Aviation industry
  • Experience with FAR/DFAR
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely organized
  • Shift 1 availability: 7:00AM–4:45PM PST
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time
