Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, evolve, and lead technological strategy across multiple skill areas
Support roles throughout the product development lifecycle
Work on new business acquisition, technology development, and established program support
Perform systems engineering, systems architecture, integration and test, electrical engineering, payload systems engineering, radiation engineering, space flight operations, reliability engineering, simulator engineering, radar data processing, configuration management, optical engineering, RF/microwave engineering, modeling and simulation, or engineering design leadership
Maintain required security clearances and program access
Support programs subject to program awards and business or customer funding

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 5+ years of engineering experience, or Master’s Degree and 3+ years, or PhD and 1+ year for Level 3
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 8+ years of engineering experience, or Master’s Degree and 6+ years, or PhD and 4+ years for Level 4
Active SCI access at time of application and prior to start date, or active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain active SCI access
Strong understanding of one or more listed engineering disciplines
U.S. Citizenship required for positions with a government clearance
Preferred: Master’s Degree or above in Engineering
Preferred: Experience working on spacecraft systems
Preferred: Experience developing, managing, and decomposing requirements
Preferred: Experience in system architecture, CONOPs, and/or model-based systems engineering
Preferred: Experience in subsystem, payload, or system integration
Preferred: Experience using DOORS and Cameo
Preferred: Strong people skills
Preferred: Excellent communication skills
