About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support restricted programs at the Redondo Beach and El Segundo campuses
- Support a fast-paced, high-profile program
- Create, maintain, and leverage relationships with internal and external customers
- Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
- Implement multi-disciplined security programs, including access control, personnel security, physical security, and OPSEC
- Study and implement federal security regulations applicable to company operations
- Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations from government agencies
- Prepare regulatory manuals and establish procedures for handling, storing, and recording restricted materials
- Grant personnel and visitor access to restricted records and materials
- Conduct security education classes and related briefings
- Investigate security violations and prepare preventive-action reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of security experience for Level 2; Master's Degree with 0 years, or an additional 4 years of security experience in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of security experience for Level 3; Master's Degree with 3 years, or an additional 4 years of security experience in lieu of a degree
- Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures
- Subject matter expertise as a CPSO, CSSO, PSO, or PSR
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance, maintainable, with ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access
- Experience with JADE, DISS, SIMS, or similar databases preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP programs preferred
- Completion of CDSE SAP Orientation or CDSE Intro to SAP course preferred
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI preferred
- U.S. Citizenship required for positions with a government clearance
