About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve on the Business Insights and Intelligence leadership team and drive AI, analytics, and product strategy
  • Lead analytics engineers, developers, analysts, and data scientists focused on the Business Management domain
  • Develop and deliver a roadmap of AI and analytics solutions to improve business operations
  • Work with senior business stakeholders to align the roadmap with business priorities and realize business impacts
  • Develop and maintain products leveraging data, AI, and advanced analytics
  • Identify and articulate team priorities based on business needs
  • Communicate results to executive audiences and tell the data story
  • Deliver high-impact analyses supporting enterprise and program execution across cost management, facility optimization, pricing and estimating, and financial reporting and analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD and 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience building high-performing teams and developing technical talent
  • Understanding of Business Management domain areas and metrics, including financial performance, pricing and estimating, and forecasting metrics
  • Demonstrated experience using analytics to inform decision making
  • Experience in executive data storytelling and building compelling, concise presentations
  • Ability to extract and manipulate data from databases, such as SQL
  • Ability to use R or Python to conduct statistical analyses
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and using them to develop analysis products and capabilities
  • Proficiency in data visualization using Tableau or similar tools
  • Experience collaborating on projects with multiple teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required for positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
