About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage an integrated IT and Cybersecurity team
- Oversee performance and execution of the Classified Solutions statement of work
- Collaborate with CIDO and program leaders to ensure consistent service delivery across the portfolio
- Maintain a culture of ownership and accountability to build and maintain a high-performing team
- Develop and execute strategic plans for IT and Cybersecurity initiatives
- Implement tools and processes that provide visibility into work and facilitate assignment and prioritization
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for managers and new leaders
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity and IT standards, policies, and procedures
- Plan, execute, and report organizational metrics to ensure 100% compliance with Government regulations
- Lead and support customer inspections and related activities
- Collaborate with peers within Classified Solutions and other Northrop Grumman sectors to promote information sharing
- Provide functional leadership to managers and staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, or Master's degree with 10 years of experience, or a PhD with 8 years of experience
- Current U.S. Government Secret security clearance at minimum, including a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years, or enrollment in the U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation (CE) Program
- Ability to be cleared to Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) as a condition of continued employment
- Ability to maintain all required clearances
- Willingness and ability to work on-site, full-time at Elkton, MD; Linthicum, MD; Northridge, CA; or Plymouth, MN
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time
- Demonstrable management and leadership experience
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including virtualization, networking, datacenter architecture, and/or systems administration
- Experience with RMF or other cybersecurity-related compliance frameworks
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
- Prior experience communicating with customer program leadership and/or security oversight authorities
- ITIL, Agile, CISM, or CISSP certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or an information technology-related field preferred
