About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience managing and leading external-facing communications projects, channels or campaigns OR Master Degree in communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing and leading external-facing communications projects, channels or campaigns
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience as a program communicator, developing and deploying external-facing strategic communications campaigns and measuring business impact
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret or Top Secret Clearance as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed and/or geographically dispersed organization
  • Experience developing productive relationships with executives
  • Demonstrated judgement in decision making and leadership actions with capabilities to drive change through creative and/or other disruptive methods, ideas & approaches
  • Deep understanding of programs and capabilities within the aeronautics portfolio and A&D experience
  • Experience in composite-building processes
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
