About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of Talent Management consultants to assess and address sector talent pipeline gaps
- Develop and execute a long-term talent roadmap
- Liaise with the enterprise talent team to shape company strategy and implement supporting programs and processes
- Drive learning and adoption of talent management best practices
- Assess talent needs and skill gaps using a data-driven approach
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders on talent strategy and priorities
- Identify high-potential talent and manage individual development plans
- Lead talent management and development processes aligned with enterprise strategy
- Lead sector-level projects implementing enterprise talent and organization effectiveness strategies
- Define project scope, timelines, success measures, coordinate stakeholders, and track milestones
- Apply change management approaches to support adoption of talent and organization effectiveness solutions
- Identify and prioritize learning needs with HR and senior leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience in HR or related field; or a Master's degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience
- 12+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement
- Associate's degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma plus 12+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence across boundaries to drive talent strategy
- Experience leading talent management programs and processes aligned with business strategy
- Experience collaborating with HR and senior leaders using a data-driven approach to assess talent needs and design solutions
- Experience facilitating succession planning and transition planning
- Strong business acumen
- Solid consulting skills
- Ability to scope problems, recommend practical solutions, gain client buy-in, and deliver results
- Ability to design and facilitate team engagements and training, virtually and face-to-face
- Ability to create and deliver professional presentations
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously, mitigate and escalate risk, adapt to shifting priorities, and navigate ambiguous situations
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills in virtual and in-person environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
