About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise policies, procedures, and related documentation
  • Ensure organizational practices are clearly defined, compliant with applicable requirements, aligned to business objectives, and accessible to stakeholders
  • Partner with functional leaders, risk and compliance teams, and process owners
  • Design, standardize, and maintain a coherent, well-controlled procedural framework
  • Perform policy and procedure governance, analysis and design, stakeholder engagement, documentation and communication, controls, compliance and audit support, and continuous improvement
  • Process documents
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint tools and websites
  • Manage metadata
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year for Level 3
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years for Level 4
  • Additional 4+ years of experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
  • Experience developing, reviewing, configuring, and controlling access to documented information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with data analytics and statistical analysis methods and techniques
  • SharePoint and SharePoint Online administration experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Familiarity with AS9100/AS9110, ISO 9001, and/or customer-specific quality management system requirements
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 25% of the time
  • Preferred: AS9100 Lead Auditor experience/knowledge
  • Preferred: Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel experience
  • Preferred: Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, CRISC, CCEP, CIA, or similar
  • Preferred: Experience with policy management systems, document control platforms, and collaboration tools
  • Preferred: Strong project management knowledge
  • Preferred: SharePoint website development, workflow design, and metadata management experience
