About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work in a team environment to develop proposals in response to customer requests
  • Prepare proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies
  • Present proposal recommendations to management
  • Prepare certified cost and pricing data packages
  • Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers
  • Support Missile products and business unit activities as part of the PS&C Pricing & Estimating team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experience
  • Master's degree with 0 years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experience
  • Experience in pricing, finance, contracts, business and/or business operations
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and complete work timely in a deadline driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools/applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • Advanced Excel skills highly preferred
  • Prior Price Estimating experience preferred
  • Experience with ProPricer preferred
  • Experience with Cost/Price Analysis preferred
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations preferred
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
