About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Business Lifecycle Solutions (BLS) and the Corporate IT portfolio
- Support a complex Enterprise Resource Management toolset solution
- Monitor and maintain systems
- Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support
- Collect data for analysis
- Perform network upgrades
- Produce documentation and diagrams of work performed
- Provide system administrative support for engineers, developers, and testers while maintaining system security standards
- Design, build, and maintain AWS and hybrid-cloud systems as part of a team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 Years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; 3 Years with a Masters; 1 year with a PhD; 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with designing, deploying, and administering cloud-based solutions
- Experience of architecture, maintenance, and administration of Linux and Windows Operating Systems within large enterprise environments
- Proven experience working within IT Systems Design, Deployment and Administration
- Cloud service certification (e.g.; AWS, Azure, Google, or similar) preferred
- Experience with one or more programming languages preferred
- Recent roles in Technical or Team Leadership positions preferred
- Knowledge of cloud database management (e.g.; MySQL RDS and PostgreSQL) preferred
- Knowledge of cybersecurity in the context of the cloud preferred
- Comfortable working in an Agile Development environment preferred
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
