About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers to provide financial and administrative support and analysis
- Apply Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts to multiple contracts and engineering Integrated Product Team control accounts
- Establish Work Breakdown Structures for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled
- Assess and maintain objective performance criteria
- Maintain and justify estimates to complete
- Support internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis
- Perform budget baseline and funding analysis
- Conduct cost risk analysis/assessment and prepare visibility reports
- Prepare government cost performance reports
- Prepare and/or review performance measurement variance analyses
- Develop and analyze estimates to complete
- Develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity
- Analyze variances and trends and develop new methods and process techniques
- Support development of budget baselines and maintain cost/schedule integration
- Support preparation of budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC
- Perform or assist in financial performance analyses and visibility reporting
- Assist in preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR
- Support variance analysis reports
- Facilitate and support the program monthly rhythm process
- Incorporate baseline changes into the EVM system using MPM, SAP, Business Warehouse, wInsight, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint
- Represent the group on special projects outside the employee's own group
- Elevate potential issues to ensure proper management focus
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or industry related fields OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in the same
- Ability to work on site in a hybrid work schedule in Oklahoma City, OK or Palmdale, CA
- Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain US Government Secret Clearance
- Active final adjudicated US Government Secret Clearance preferred, with ability to transfer and maintain Secret Clearance
- Program access required within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company
- Understanding of Business Systems (SAP/Cobra) preferred
- Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM) preferred
- Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) preferred
- U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance
