About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the InSITE and NOVASTAR programs in the Mission Data Management operating unit
  • Interface with program managers, functional management, and business managers to provide financial support and analysis
  • Support program cost control and forecasting
  • Support program invoicing review for accuracy and completeness
  • Support coordination of multiple IWO relationships between the program and other sectors
  • Contribute to monthly rolling forecast updates
  • Submit SAPFast updates when new customer modifications are received
  • Support miscellaneous program efforts as applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis or industry-related fields OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in those fields OR 9 years of experience in those fields in lieu of degree
  • Strong computer skills with high-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting
  • Experience with SAP
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
  • Must be able to work onsite
  • Preferred: Program cost control experience
  • Preferred: Experience setting up/managing IWOs
  • Preferred: Experience with NGFP/COGNOS
  • Preferred: Experience with NGDS SAPFast process
  • Preferred: Experience with PLSC
  • Preferred: Experience with Earned Value Management and/or EVMS Software (Cobra)
  • Preferred: Defense Industry Experience
  • Preferred: Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
